Cookies Policy
This page explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our site, what each category does and how long the choices you make last. It also sets out how to change those choices, either in the cookie notice on the site or in your browser settings.

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your computer, phone or tablet. When you visit again, the browser sends that file back, so we can tell that the same device has been here before and remember what you set last time. Cookies cannot run programmes and do not carry viruses.
We also use technologies that work in a similar way, including pixels, tags and browser storage such as local and session storage. Where this policy says cookies, it covers all of them.
We use them for four broad purposes:
- Running the site - signing you in, holding your session together as you move between the lobby and the cashier, and keeping your account secure.
- Meeting our obligations - supporting age and identity verification, helping us spot unusual activity, and keeping the safer gambling settings on your account in force during a session.
- Understanding how the site is used - which pages load slowly, where visits stop and which errors need fixing.
- Remembering preferences and measuring messages - your language and display choices, and whether one of our campaigns led to a visit.
Strictly necessary cookies are set because the site cannot be delivered without them. Every other cookie is set only after you have given consent in the cookie notice, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
The categories of cookies we use
The table below summarises the four categories used in our cookie notice. The individual cookies in each category, and how long each one lasts, are listed in the notice itself and kept up to date as the site changes.
| Category | Typical purpose | Set without consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Log-in, sessions, cashier steps and site security | Yes |
| Performance and analytics | Page speed, error reports and how pages are used | No |
| Functionality | Language, display and other saved preferences | No |
| Marketing | Message frequency and campaign measurement | No |
Strictly necessary
These cookies let you log in, stay logged in, move between the lobby and the cashier without losing your session, and complete a deposit or withdrawal request. They also do security work: spreading traffic across our servers, blocking automated abuse and confirming that a request came from your browser. They cannot be switched off in the notice.
Performance and analytics
These cookies count visits, measure how long pages take to load and record the route a typical visit takes through the site. We use what they tell us to fix broken pages, shorten the steps in registration and verification, and decide where the layout needs work. The reports are aggregated, so they describe groups of visits rather than naming you.
Functionality
These cookies remember the choices you make, so you do not have to set them again: the language you read the site in, how you prefer amounts to be shown, whether sound is on and whether you have already closed a message. Without them the site still works, but each visit is treated as if it were your first.
Marketing
These cookies record which of our messages you have seen, limit how often the same one is repeated and measure whether a campaign brought you to the site. Some are set by partners who deliver advertising for us, and those partners can read their own cookie on other sites using the same service. We set them only with your consent, and declining them does not change the games, promotions or payment methods open to you.
How to manage cookies
In the cookie notice on this site
When you first arrive, a notice asks which categories you accept. You can accept all, keep only what is strictly necessary, or choose category by category. Your choice is saved for that browser and device. To change it later, open the cookie settings from the footer of any page: the notice reopens with your current choices shown, and a new choice takes effect at once.
In your browser
Every current browser lets you see the cookies stored on your device, delete them, block them for one site or for all sites, and clear them when you close a window. The controls sit in the privacy or site settings menu, and the browser's own help pages give the exact steps for your version. Private windows usually discard cookies when the window closes, so your settings and your consent choice are not kept.
Clearing cookies also deletes the record of your consent, so the notice will appear again on your next visit, and choices made on a phone do not carry across to a laptop.
What happens if you block or delete cookies
You can use most of the public parts of the site with only strictly necessary cookies in place. Blocking that category, in your browser or with an extension, has wider effects, because a session cannot be held together without it.
- You may be unable to log in, or be signed out as soon as you open another page.
- Deposits, withdrawal requests and verification uploads may fail part-way through.
- Preferences such as language and display settings will reset on every visit.
- Some games and live tables may not load, because they use browser storage to keep a round in progress.
- Security checks may treat your device as new each time, which can add steps before a payment is approved.
Our site is for players aged 18 or over; we hold a gaming licence and verify accounts before paying out. If gambling has stopped being enjoyable, free and confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
How to reach us about cookies
If you have a question about this policy, want detail on a particular cookie, or think a cookie is behaving in a way the notice does not describe, write to support@casino-milkywins.co.uk or start a live chat from any page. Telling us the browser and device you are using, and what you were doing at the time, helps us look into it without a second round of questions.
Requests about the personal data held in your account, including access and deletion, are handled under our privacy policy and can be sent to privacy@casino-milkywins.co.uk. Questions about the tracking cookies used in our partner programme go to affiliate@casino-milkywins.co.uk.
We update this policy when the cookies on the site change or when the rules covering them change. The version published here is the current one, and the categories in the cookie notice are kept in step with it.
