Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets, spins and live table rounds are placed and settled at Milky Wins Casino, and what happens when a game is interrupted. They apply alongside our Terms and Conditions and the rules built into each individual game.

Esqueleto Explosivo 2General rules that apply to every game
The rules on this page apply to every game in our lobby, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game has rules of its own, those rules govern that game, and the general rules below cover everything else.
- One account per player. You may hold only one account with us, in your own name, and you may only place bets with your own funds.
- 18+ only. Play is restricted to players aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and check the identity, age and address of our players, both before withdrawal and at other points where a check is needed.
- Real-money and bonus balance. Your account can hold both. The balance a stake is taken from is shown in the cashier and in the game window, and bonus funds are played under the terms of the promotion they came from.
- Bets are final once placed. When you confirm a stake, the bet stands. We cannot cancel, change or refund a bet because of a misclick, a change of mind or a result you did not expect.
- Play for yourself only. Scripts, automated play and any arrangement that places bets for you or shares a game session with another person are not permitted.
How bets and spins are settled
Every result comes from the game server, not from your device. The screen in front of you displays an outcome the server has already produced, so the record held on the server is the record that settles the round.
If the screen and the server record do not match, the server record is final. Winnings are credited to your balance once the round has closed on the server.
In-game rules and paytables
Each game carries a help or information screen with the paytable, the winning combinations, the bet options and the rules for any features. Those details form part of the rules of that game and apply to every round you play on it.
Return to player
The theoretical return-to-player figure is published in the help screen of each game. It describes a long-run average across a very large number of rounds and says nothing about the outcome of a single round or session.
| What you want to check | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Paytable and winning combinations | The help or information screen inside the game |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The bet panel in the game, or the limits posted at a live table |
| Return-to-player figure | The help or information screen inside the game |
| Your own stakes and results | The game history section of your account |
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction is any fault in the software, the server, the connection or the equipment used at a live table that produces a result the game was not designed to produce.
- A malfunction voids all pays and play. Where a fault is identified, the affected rounds are void, stakes placed on them are returned to the balance they came from, and any amount credited in error is removed.
- Interrupted rounds. If you lose your connection part-way through a round, the round is held open where the game allows it. When you sign back in, the game either resumes from the point it stopped or settles on the result already recorded by the server.
- Rounds that cannot be completed. Where a round can neither be resumed nor settled, the stake is returned to your balance.
- Duplicate or impossible results. Rounds that record a duplicate, incomplete or impossible outcome are void.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and any other promotional credit are played under the terms of the promotion they came from. Those terms are shown when you claim the offer and in your account while the bonus is open.
- The bonus terms apply in full. Wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and any cap on the amount you can withdraw from a bonus are set out in the offer.
- Maximum stake. While a wagering requirement is open, a maximum stake per round applies, as stated in the bonus terms. Bets above it may be void, and the bonus together with anything won from it may be removed.
- Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, as shown in the promotion terms. Some games do not contribute at all.
- Which balance plays first. Where both balances are available, the cashier and the game window show which one a stake is being taken from.
- Paid features. Where a game sells entry to a feature, the bonus terms say whether it may be bought while wagering is still open.
Live casino and table games
Live games are dealt by a person in a studio and follow the posted rules of the table you join. The help section of each table sets out the bet types, the payouts and the house rules for that game.
- The dealer's decision stands. The dealer settles the round at the table. Where a game manager is called to the table, their decision on that round is final.
- Late bets. Bets must be confirmed before betting time closes. A bet that arrives after the close, or that is not fully confirmed, does not stand and the stake is returned.
- The physical result counts. For cards, wheels and dice, the result dealt at the table settles the round, even where the on-screen display is slow to update.
- Table limits. Minimum and maximum bets are posted at each table and apply to each bet type separately.
- Streaming problems. If the video feed fails but the round is completed at the table, the round stands and is settled on the recorded result. If the round cannot be completed, it is void and stakes are returned.
Questions and disputes about a round
If you believe a round has not been settled correctly, write to us at support@casino-milkywins.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. Please include:
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time of the round, with your time zone.
- The round, game or transaction reference shown in your game history.
- The stake, the balance you played from and what you expected to happen.
We check the server records for the rounds you identify and reply with what those records show. A complaint that cannot be settled in this way is looked into under our complaints procedure, and we will tell you how to take the matter further if you remain unhappy with the outcome.
